ELOS Environmental is looking for a qualified and experienced Industrial Hygiene (IH) Project Manager. You will oversee and coordinate Industrial Hygiene projects and assist the Program Manager with all technical functions of the department. This position includes project scoping, assisting with department growth, project team consulting and assistance, technical program development, preparing remediation protocols for lead, asbestos, and mold remediation projects, general project management, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, codes, and rules globally, and liaising between the company, site teams, and regulatory agencies. Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate Industrial Hygiene projects, maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and strive for continuous improvement toward industry best practices. Supervise, mentor, and develop IH professionals within the organization. Maintain a strong technical background in industrial hygiene with focus on lead, asbestos, and mold services. Prepare Remediation Protocols for lead, asbestos, and mold remediation projects. Collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Analyze and evaluate data to direct and produce required documentation and submittals. Provide technical expertise and timely information to the Program Lead on health risk management programs and survey/sampling outcomes. Advise the Program Lead on strategic decisions related to evolving federal, state, and local legislation and company/industry standards and practices. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Health & Safety, Natural Science, Toxicology, Chemistry, or related technical discipline 5+ years of experience in Industrial Hygiene Lead Supervisor and/or Asbestos Management Planner License Experience directing occupational health risk management, employee health programs, and building business cases for health and safety programs Experience in managing industrial hygiene regulations as they apply to the workplace Ability to wear PPE in designated areas (respirator, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, hearing protection) Eligible for a suitable position level based on qualifications Applicants for regular U.S. positions must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Benefits
