Our focus is on preparing talent and deploying them on projects with top client organizations across the U.S. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr Business Analyst at Colsh Consultants located in New Jersey. The Jr Business Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to analyzing business processes, requirements, and data. They will utilize strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and business analysis expertise to support project initiatives. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise Experience in Business Process analysis Familiarity with Business Requirements gathering Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Relevant certification in Business Analysis is a plus Fundamentals of Business Analysis (Requirements Gathering, UML, User Stories, BRD/FRD preparation) Support Provided: Accommodation and boarding during the training period in New Jersey Professional mentoring and guidance throughout the program Placement Assistance: Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be placed on projects with our client organizations. Positions will be on-site at client locations across the U.S. Comprehensive Training (1–2 months): Fundamentals of Business Analysis (Requirements Gathering, UML, User Stories, BRD/FRD preparation) Agile & Scrum practices (Jira, Confluence, Sprint Ceremonies, PI Planning) Tools & Techniques (SQL basics, Excel, Tableau/Power BI, Visio/Lucidchart for diagrams) Real-time case studies Who Should Apply Recent graduates or early career professionals interested in Business Analysis Candidates with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Individuals who are open to travel/relocation across the U.S. after placement Benefits Hands-on training designed to meet current market demand Mentorship from experienced Business Analysts & Project Managers Accommodation & boarding during training in New Jersey
