This role involves performing maintenance and repairs on plastic injection molding machinery and related equipment, including robots, chillers, thermolators, and hot runner systems. Repair, troubleshoot, and inspect mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance according to specifications Regularly check heater bands, rings, and screws/barrels Safely use appropriate equipment for maintenance tasks Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of maintenance experience with plastic injection molding machinery and peripheral equipment Ability to follow procedures, read blueprints, and maintain accurate records Understanding of auxiliary, electrical, hydraulic equipment, robots, and machines Proficient in English communication (reading and writing) Physical Demands:
Work in loud manufacturing environments Occasional bending, squatting, climbing, grasping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs
