Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda’s mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.
Role As a Shift Lead, you will have the opportunity to play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart of our company, and our people are the key to success. Your responsibilities include:
Supporting in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
Gaining skills in managing store operations and leading during shifts.
Getting hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites.
Developing a diverse range of skills to grow personally and professionally.

Some high school education
Experience in operations preferred
Food safety certification (local requirements apply)
Work Environment & Physical Requirements Counter areas can be hot and noisy, requiring standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and adaptability are essential.
