We have an exciting opportunity for a Landscaping Project Manager to join our team and become a vital part of a team‑oriented environment!
Our Landscaping Project Manager will play an essential role in the day‑to‑day leadership of our crew members. This is an ideal role for a tech‑savvy Landscaping Project Manager with strong attention to detail, a passion for leading a team and the experience to deliver profitable landscape enhancement projects. We offer a stable, professional, collaborative work environment that values input and fosters growth. We provide a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000, health insurance, a profit sharing program, a Simple IRA with a 4% company match, paid time off, and a company vehicle.
Requirements
3+ years of experience leading landscape maintenance crews
3+ years of project management experience with installation or enhancement projects
Strong knowledge of landscape design principles and plant knowledge
Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
Software required, Aspire preferred.
Strong people leadership skills and a passion for creating a positive work environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Create and monitor maintenance routes to ensure quality and efficiency
Deliver enhancement projects on time and within budget
Coach and develop 6–8 crews to achieve results
Develop project plans that cover timelines, budgets, and resources
Procure materials and plants for all enhancement projects
Oversee daily site operations to maintain quality control and ensure safety compliance
Create a culture of recognition and accountability for all team membersManage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost‑effective solutions
Identify challenges and provide effective solutions to keep projects on track
