Role:
Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data‑driven reporting and dashboards that provide actionable insights for Accruent leadership as well as the commercial teams regarding revenue.
This role is the organization’s “insight engine,” transforming raw data into actionable intelligence that shapes go‑to‑market strategy and execution. The Commercial Analytics & Dashboards function designs and delivers dynamic, visually compelling reporting solutions across Salesforce, Power BI, and other platforms, enabling leadership to make informed and real‑time decisions.
By enforcing data governance, refining KPI frameworks, and producing predictive and trend analyses, this role ensures the business is not just tracking performance, but it is anticipating opportunities, mitigating risks, and continuously improving. The work directly influences revenue growth, resource allocation, and operational focus, making it a critical partner to sales, marketing, finance, and executive leadership.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Power BI, and other platforms.
Drive data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completion.
Analyze sales funnel performance, deal velocity, and KPI trends to inform strategy.
Build and automate DTQ, Bowlers, and KPI reporting for leadership reviews.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on reporting needs and enhance analytics.
Maintain documentation of reporting processes and data definitions with the analytics.
Provide ad‑hoc analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS 365, Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel for dashboard and report creation.
Strong understanding of data governance, KPI frameworks, and performance metrics.
Ability to analyze sales funnel data, deal velocity, and trends to support strategic decisions.
Experience with or exposure to SQL and data visualization tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
Pay Range The pay range for this role in local currency is $47,500 - $88,100
