Shift Manager
Join the team at McDonald’s. This position is within a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service to customers.
Plan each shift, monitor performance, enforce McDonald’s standards.
Monitor safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
Meet shift targets and help assigned departments meet their goals.
Perform tasks such as Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety & Security, Scheduling, and Training.
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail or hospitality.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be 18 years or older.
