Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.

Exceptional communication skills; comfortable handling concerns with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.

Conduct on-site punch list walkthroughs for each roofing installation project.

Order roofing materials and ensure timely delivery.

Schedule installations with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners.

Experience:

5+ years of project management experience with roofing.

Residential roofing installation experience.
