We are looking for a leader to oversee the day‑to‑day functions of the Operations Department. The Operations Manager will proactively lead and manage an outstanding team that consistently delivers excellent service, support, and solutions to our customers. In collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Manager will implement and maintain controls that assure accurate accounting and daily processing of transactions.
Essential Functions
Lead, cross‑train, mentor, and manage employees in the Operations Department, ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
Support bank products at both the customer and back‑office administrative levels, including electronic banking products.
Apply basic accounting principles and make accurate general ledger entries when required.
Oversee the monthly reconciliation process.
Provide user support for various bank software programs.
Serve as point of contact for CCB branches, GBCI reconciliations, Centralized Daily Operations, Wires, GBCI Accounting, and the Data Center.
Support and guide branches and departments on bank products, disputes, error resolutions, and research.
Maintain regular, on‑site attendance during standard business hours.
Ensure predictable attendance to accomplish assigned duties.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
Participate in community service and bank‑sponsored activities that support CCB’s mission and values.
Provide superior internal and external customer service, demonstrating self‑governance, courtesy, and respect toward all customers and internal personnel.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Complete assigned online training courses and achieve passing scores by the due date.
Represent the bank in a professional manner, maintaining confidentiality, a positive attitude, good attendance, punctuality, flexibility, and adaptability.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
3‑5 years of banking experience.
Excellent understanding of banking regulations and compliance.
Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
Previous management experience preferred.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in a climate‑controlled shared work area with moderate noise level.

Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in an emergency situation.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position.
