Overview
The Warehouse Associate will work individually and with a team to maintain the warehouse and inventory, pack and ship orders, and serve customers by meeting their needs and helping to resolve issues. As needed, the Warehouse Associate will deliver products to businesses on a scheduled route or intermittently. Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Receive, store, and maintain inventory, ensuring proper placement and regular product counts Support Customer Service and Sales teams by preparing and communicating order details as needed Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Maintain load manifests and other delivery documents, ensuring they are accurate and balanced before and after deliveries Comply with all DOT and OSHA regulations and follow all company safety procedures Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering products as needed Qualifications
2 years driving experience Must be at least 21 years old Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card (CDL not required) Available to begin by early morning Respond to official inquiries and make entries on reports and records Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Understand highway traffic signs and signals Basic computer experience or knowledge a plus Forklift and pallet jack experience a plus Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public Physical Requirements
Routinely bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects and materials weighing 50 pounds or more Safely operate a motor vehicle
