Handle the front desk budget and order office supplies as needed Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction Compile occupancy reports and financial information for the general manager Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff, including concierge, front desk agents, and ensure they provide excellent guest services and enforce hotel policies Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints Qualifications

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED At least 2 years of experience as a front office manager, front desk, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this role Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills Compensation

$16 - $16.50 hourly
