Multi-Unit Team Leader at H&R Block is a leadership role overseeing three tax offices. This role focuses on people management, delivering an outstanding client experience, and growing the offices’ seasonal tax business. Responsibilities
Provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices and lead customer-centric teams to accelerate seasonal tax business. Serve as front-line manager for leadership and development of associates, delivering outstanding client experience and achieving office growth objectives for three offices. Start with a flexible part-time schedule in fall and transition to full-time from January to April, including evening and weekend hours as needed. In-person work required. Travel between offices as required. Lead daily team meetings, create associate work schedules, ensure timekeeping and labor management, and assist with tax return preparation as needed after completing required training. Qualifications
People management experience; ability to grow and develop associates. Experience with growth plan execution and leading towards a growth culture. Strong decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills; customer-centric mindset. Computer proficiency with MS Office. Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or high school diploma with equivalent experience. Successful completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns). Preferred
