This role is located at USA Marshalls Store 0839, Buford, GA, with a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual pay is determined by factors such as skills, qualifications and experience. Responsibilities
Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively, working as a team Engage with customers to deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor Monitor tasks and activities according to store plan and prioritize as needed Coach and monitor productivity of team as necessary Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards; maintain backroom cleanliness and recovery standards Ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs where applicable Communicate priorities effectively with management and Associates; provide progress updates Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback Partner with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures Promote credit and loyalty programs Support store shrink reduction goals and programs Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment Other duties as assigned Who We’re Looking For
Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Capable of multitasking Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation Able to train others 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience Location and Benefits
