Job Description
We’re looking for a
driven, detail-oriented self-starter
who wants to break into the podcast and digital media industry. This is a part-time, contract role supporting our ad operations team. You’ll learn how advertising really works behind the scenes—tracking campaigns, pulling data, and making sure every ad goes live exactly where and when it should.
Perfect for someone early in their career who’s hungry to learn, organized, and ready to move fast.
What You’ll Do
Help set up and monitor podcast ad campaigns.
Track performance data and update spreadsheets or dashboards.
Assist with reporting, pacing checks, and campaign summaries.
Communicate with internal teams to confirm creative assets and timing.
Learn the tools of the trade: Podscribe, Magellan, and others.
What We’re Looking For
Sharp attention to detail and strong follow-through.
Comfort with spreadsheets and digital tools (Google Sheets, Excel).
Curiosity about podcasts, advertising, and analytics.
Clear communication and reliability—no detail too small.
10–20 hours per week, flexible schedule.
Bonus Points
Experience with data entry, marketing, or project coordination.
Familiarity with podcast platforms or advertising terms (CPM, impressions, pacing).
