Service Delivery Analyst II
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Job Summary FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Service Delivery Analysts II to provide support activities required to maintain high availability and stability for applications.
Key Responsibilities
Perform incident, problem analysis and resolution for application and software components.
Deploy changes, perform certification, and maintain applications and third‑party software.
Use diagnostic tools (ELK Stack, Splunk, Dynatrace) to isolate incidents.
Assist development teams with requirements definition, system design, and technical specification verification.
Document support procedures, disaster recovery plans, and standard operational reporting.
Participate in change management, application security, and audit services.
Provide on‑call support with periodic rotation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or related field (Master’s accepted with 3 years experience).
5 years of progressive experience in software production support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency with ELK Stack, Splunk, Dynatrace, Unix, and programming in Java.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket) and Kafka (Confluent/Cloudera).
Knowledge of SQL Developer, ServiceNow, xMatters, and security processes.
Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
