CACI is currently looking for a motivated, career and customer-oriented ISO 20000 Quality SME with Agile methodology experience to join our Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Land Border Integration (LBI) Integrated Traveler Initiative ITI2.1 team in Northern Virginia! As a member of the ITI2.1 Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation’s safety, security, and prosperity. CBP Officers and Border Patrol agents are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity. The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial. Responsibilities

The ISO 20000 Quality SME will support the ITI2.1 program across a broad range of systems and software technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of Agile Software Development practices and experience delivering releasable software. Conduct audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation Managing quality of projects or services performing application development, software integration or applications maintenance in diverse lifecycle phases from pre-sales activities through delivery until the post-production support Development of quality documentation related to projects or processes Providing guidance and quality related education to projects and services Ensuring project documentation is kept and organized in a structured way Providing Knowledge Management to the teams Managing Customer Satisfaction and facilitating actions leading to satisfaction improvement Identifying and managing improvements in projects (Continuous Improvement) Auditing: carrying on internal audits of project health and managing the corrective actions Deploying quality related measurements and setting up daily, weekly or monthly reporting in processes or projects (KPI Dashboards) Interacting with Project Management and Top Management to determine root cause of issues and pushing for changes in projects or organizational improvements Develop and implement procedures and test plans for assuring quality in a system development environment which supports large databases and applications Provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in a large computer-based organization Develop and execute software test plans to identify software problems and their causes Establish and maintain a process for evaluating hardware, software, and associated documentation and/or assists in the evaluation Maintaining relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing Supporting long-and short-range planning Strengthening the presence of the team as an Agile center of excellence; actively contributing to the organization Agile Community Analyzing project-related problems and creating innovative solutions involving scheduling, technology, methodology, tools and solution components Performing scheduled and allocated work, providing advice and guidance, and resolving problems to meet technical performance and financial objectives Developing new and refining existing processes to enhance quality and productivity Reviewing and evaluating work and preparing periodic performance reports Ensuring product quality and timeliness of efforts Manage a team of experienced technical professionals Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria includes, but not limited to: 3-year check for felony convictions, 1-year check for illegal drug use, 1-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud College degree (B.S.; M.S., PhD.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline 10+ years of related professional technical experience Strong software development background, with a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in incremental software development projects using an Agile Scrum approach Experience with ISO 20000 standards Must be available to work a hybrid schedule with an on-site requirement in Sterling, VA Benefits
