FirstCash . $15.50 to $22.50 per hour This role is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in "fast-tracking" into a Store Management position. This role requires a minimum of 1 year retail management experience. Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Supplemental, and other voluntary options (eligibility required). The best working hours in the business. Most stores open at 9AM and close at 6PM; many stores are closed on Sundays. Our Earned Wage Access* program is available to all employees on the second (2nd) day of employment. Employees have access to withdraw (up to) 50% of the wages earned up to seven (7x) times in a payroll cycle. The ability to earn unlimited commission above your hourly base rate. VACATION: Employees are granted one week of paid vacation after completing six months of active, full-time service. Eligible employees are provided an additional week (40 hours) of vacation after completing one (1) year of active employment and two (2) weeks (80 hours) of vacation on each anniversary date thereafter (*if applicable, the PTO/Vacation grant is adjusted in accordance with state/local municipality requirements). 120 hours after five (5) years. SICK/PERSONAL: Eligible employees are granted 8 hours (after 6 months of employment) to be used before their first (1st) anniversary and granted 16 hours each anniversary thereafter (years 2-5) (if applicable, sick time is adjusted and granted in accordance with state/local municipality requirements). 24 hours after five (5) years. Seeking a Store Manager Trainee with at least 6+ months of Store Management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team leadership, recruitment, financial goals, and customer satisfaction. Offers hourly pay plus commission and bonuses based on performance. Responsibilities
Engage customers and address issues. Train and develop staff. Recruit top talent. Open and close store, manage cash and merchandise. Ensure asset protection and inventory control. Manage store systems and reporting. Analyze financial statements and drive profitability. Maintain operational standards. Monitor loan and buying processes. Self-development and training. Communicate store goals and standards. Act as manager on duty in absence of Store Manager. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Perform physical tasks for extended periods. Supervisory experience. Ability to work with firearms and become certified. Minimum age 18. High School diploma or GED. Flexibility to work across locations and hours, including weekends and holidays. Work 45+ hours/week. Computer skills, POS operation. Multi-tasking in fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, organized, analytical. Cash handling experience. Independent work capability. Strong work ethic and business sense. Bilingual applicants encouraged. Commission Plan
