Location:
Austin, TX (10–20% Travel)

They’re looking for a
Project Controls Lead
to own the master schedule and delivery roadmap across multiple large-scale data center builds. You’ll be the strategic partner ensuring everything runs on time, on budget, and in sync — from design through delivery.

The position The Project Controls Lead will:
Lead and mentor project controls teams across regions.
Integrate design, procurement, and construction schedules into unified plans.
Manage change orders, claims, and schedule recovery strategies.
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for leadership.
Partner cross-functionally to optimize execution and mitigate risk.
Could this role be for you?
10+ years in construction, with 7+ in project controls/scheduling.
Strong command of CPM scheduling, cost forecasting, and risk analysis.
Proficiency in
Primavera P6, MS Suite, Bluebeam ; VDC tools a plus.
Leadership mindset, analytical rigor, and a drive for continuous improvement.
