Overview We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with questions and recommendations

Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register

Maintain security of cash and protect company assets

Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise

Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks; stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards

Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders

Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat/presentable areas

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred

Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents

Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting

Excellent customer service and relationship management skills

Strong organizational and communication skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
