Epic Project Manager

Responsibilities: Manage the implementation of a major EHR system across affiliated medical practices. Lead cross-functional teams (5–7 members) through full project lifecycle. Define project scope, goals, and timelines; manage scope changes as needed. Estimate and manage internal and external resource needs. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications. Translate stakeholder needs into actionable tasks; assign and track ownership. Resolve conflicts, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate training and facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders. Mentor team members and foster accountability. Build relationships critical to project success. Deliver updates, documentation, and presentations. Contribute to key project deliverables such as policies, RFPs, and org charts. Support documentation and contract-related processes during execution. Details: Full-time, direct-hire based in metro Atlanta. Expect up to 75% local on-site work at client locations, with remote flexibility when meetings aren't required. Some relocation support may be available.
