Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. This entry‑level role is crucial for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing renewals, and building a robust sales pipeline. The BDR will generate interest, set meetings for sales leaders, and support account retention.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, email outreach, and social selling (e.g., LinkedIn, industry events).

Lead Qualification: Determine the fit and interest level of inbound and outbound leads against our ideal customer profile.

Pipeline Management: Manage and update prospect activity in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).

Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for sales leaders.

Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.

Renewals Support: Manage administrative processes for customer renewals, ensuring timely documentation and coordination between sales and client success teams.

Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Resilience’s products, services, and value proposition to communicate effectively with prospects.

Goal Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for calls, emails, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent 1‑3 years of experience.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with high‑volume phone and email outreach.

High level of motivation, resilience, and grit.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and develop sales skills.

Basic familiarity with CRM software; HubSpot experience is a plus.

Proficiency in G‑Suite.

Compensation $60,000 – $70,000 per year.
