$29.00/hr - $31.00/hr SQA Services has been a leader in managed supplier quality services for nearly 30 years, providing audits, assessments, remote surveillance, corrective actions, inspections, and engineering across industries. We deploy expert quality assurance professionals nationwide and globally to supplier sites, ensuring rapid on-demand and on-site support. What to expect:
You will join a global inspection team ensuring the quality of components and assemblies sourced by a global aerospace leader. Deployment is based on client needs and production schedules. Training includes remote classroom sessions, Gage R&R testing, shadow inspections, and a final client shadow inspection. Key Responsibilities: Perform source inspections of products/services from external providers Conduct in-process and final inspections of critical features Complete inspection sign-off sheets and packages Verify inspection tools and equipment capabilities Ensure inspection methodologies align with technical drawings Review and validate justifications for omitted inspections Audit supplier adherence to inspection plans Inspect hardware cleanliness and FOD absence Verify correct safety wire, fastener installation, and compliance Ensure proper documentation and shipping identification Confirm product preservation for shipment Review First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation for compliance Required Qualifications: Experience inspecting PCBAs and/or cable/harness assemblies Ability to interpret work instructions, drawings, schematics, datasheets Knowledge of quality inspection tools and techniques Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Willingness to undergo background checks Authorized to work in the U.S. (ITAR compliant) Preferred Qualifications: Certification in IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, or J-STD-001 Knowledge of electronic assembly processes and inspection documentation Experience conducting supplier site inspections SQA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
