The Land Development Sr. Project Manager role offers a great opportunity to join Quiddity Engineering in a significant role with high visibility. We are looking for a Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineering license and project management experience with residential community land development engineering projects that would enjoy being part of Quiddity’s growth in Florida.
Responsibilities
This position requires someone who enjoys planning and designing diverse new land development projects, mentoring and developing a project team, and delivering quality work to meet our commitments to our clients.
The work typically includes residential and mixed-use civil engineering projects from planning, through design, and construction.
The successful candidate will be leading and coordinating work with other team members including PEs, EITs, CAD, and project administrative professionals.

Qualifications
Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineering (PE) License
9+ years of experience in Project Management for residential Land Development projects; commercial land development experience is a plus
Experience mentoring and developing project team members
Client-focused with a reputation for solid teamwork and communication
