Overview

Senior Global Specialist, Commercial Operations at JenaValve Technology, Inc. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, generating data-driven insights, and optimizing processes to support the success of commercial and sales teams. This position collaborates cross-functionally to develop and manage tools, reports, and workflows that enhance sales productivity, support new product launches, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

Commercial Operations & Enablement: Develop and optimize sales processes; support selection and implementation of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, D365) and other efficiency tools; create and manage territory maps, coverage models, and account segmentation; act as CRM business owner, gathering requirements, testing enhancements, training users, and driving adoption; partner with Marketing to execute account-based targeting and utilization campaigns to increase therapy awareness. Product Commercialization & Launch Support: Serve as the primary Commercial Operations contact for product launches; develop launch readiness trackers to monitor timelines, deliverables, and dependencies; collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to coordinate launch activities; build reporting dashboards to track launch performance, adoption, and sales impact; support forecasting and demand planning to align inventory and supply; create tools, training, and resources to enable effective product introductions; monitor post-launch performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement. Sales Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, CRM) to track KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline health; deliver insights and recommendations to inform strategy and drive improvement; support forecasting and planning to ensure accurate revenue projections; analyze customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Process Improvement & Technology: Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to streamline workflows; lead or support deployment of tools that boost sales productivity; collaborate with IT and analytics teams to evaluate and maintain sales technology platforms; support training, onboarding, and best practices for tools and processes. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Field teams to align goals and priorities; support budgeting, program spend tracking, and compliance with policies and regulations; represent Commercial Operations in business reviews and planning cycles. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field or equivalent work experience. Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales or Commercial Operations. Experience in medical device, MedTech, or healthcare preferred. Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI). Skills & Abilities: Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills; advanced Excel and data visualization capabilities; ability to translate data into actionable insights; comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment; excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills; strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
