Quality Inspector
to join the team in Clarksburg, MD. You’ll ensure the highest quality in electrical assemblies—including cable and wire harnesses, enclosures, and electrical components—while supporting inspections, documentation, and process improvements. Responsibilities
Perform inspections on wiring, cable assemblies, enclosures, and electrical components Conduct first article, in-process, receiving, and final inspections Verify compliance with
IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 2 standards Document non-conformances and support corrective actions Use precision tools and test equipment (multimeters, calipers, etc.) Maintain inspection records in ERP systems and follow ISO 9001 procedures Qualifications
1–3 years of inspection experience in electrical/mechanical manufacturing Familiarity with wire harnesses, electrical test equipment, and IPC standards Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics Strong documentation and communication skills MUST have 2 of 3 – IPC Certification, WHMA-A-620 standards, Manufacturing/Inspection experience Preferred
Experience in Defense, Automotive, Aerospace, or Medical industries Knowledge of NetSuite, ISO 9001, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards Seniority level
