Overview
Fabletics OS is seeking a
Logistics Coordinator, Retail Activations
to manage the organization, movement, and shipment of fixtures and other Retail Activations assets within the fulfillment center. The role oversees loading and unloading of trucks, coordinates shipment lanes, repairs fixtures, and ensures smooth logistics operations for all events. The position may travel to major events to assist with on-site logistics. This position reports to the Manager, Retail Activations. Key Responsibilities
Fixture Management & Organization: Maintain an organized inventory of fixtures and related materials in the fulfillment center; oversee fixture repair to ensure items are in good working condition before shipping; coordinate fixture allocation and retrieval for events. Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, prepare and process shipments (packing, labeling, documentation); manage inbound and outbound shipment lanes to ensure timely deliveries; order and track Retail Activations supplies and marketing assets. Event Logistics Support: Coordinate transportation and delivery of fixtures and merchandise to large events; travel to events as needed to assist with setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics; ensure shipments arrive in proper condition and on schedule. Operational Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to streamline processes; track inventory levels and communicate shortages/overages; maintain compliance with safety and operational procedures. Qualifications & Skills
Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a related role. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed. Willingness to travel for large events. Basic mechanical skills for fixture repairs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Role may require light craftsmanship and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
