Title: Revenue Operations Manager Location: Greeley, CO – FULLY ONSITE REQUIRED (Mon-Fri) Job Type: Full-time The goal of this role is to optimize and align our revenue-generating functions across sales, marketing, and customer success. This role will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, improving data visibility, and supporting scalable growth through process improvement, systems management, and performance analytics. The work will involve disciplined process implementation and improvement as it relates to pricing execution, gross-to-net management, budgeting and tracking, tools development and maintenance which ensure revenue realization and/or reduction of revenue leakage across multiple brands and channels for our business. Responsibilities

Stakeholder management: Work closely with business leaders and other stakeholders to proactively diagnose main opportunities, collaborate to provide insights around pricing effectiveness, identify strategic and tactical initiatives and set priorities. Serve as a trusted advisor to our revenue management team, helping provide technical and content-based expertise. Processes and capabilities: Ensure adherence to internal pricing policies, external regulations, and audit requirements. Enforce approval workflows and audit trails for trade expenditure. Monitor and enforce pricing guardrails, discount thresholds, and approval workflows. Own the trade promotion management (TPM) system and workflows. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Management to allocate annual trade budgets by customer and brand. Work with Finance to reconcile accruals and actuals. Own TPM system and workflows. Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement enhancements, integrations, and upgrades. Define user requirements and test new functionalities for TPM or other related systems. Train users and develop documentation for pricing systems. Develop dashboards and reports to track pricing performance, compliance, and margin leakage. Build processes, models, tools, and best practices on how to monitor execution of revenue and margin objectives. Hire, train, lead, and develop a team to effectively work alongside business leaders. Qualifications

Master’s degree in business, Strategy, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. Background working in CPG, agriculture, and/or animal protein industries preferred. 6+ years in a corporate environment with experience building and managing pricing, revenue and margin management teams and processes, in the food space for both retail and food service channels. Proven experience in budgeting and managing trade and promotional accruals and familiarity with end-to-end payment workflows. Experience in process change management. Experience with Price Pack Architecture, TPM, Yield and Margin Management frameworks. Project management experience and capability building. Working knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and other sales, pricing, and trade solutions. Strong analytical background with clear understanding of objectives/insights methodologies and frameworks, with hands-on experience. Leadership with excellent communication, networking, collaborative, and relational skills. Strong analytical, consultative, and problem-solving skills. Availability and service-oriented mindset. Organized and strong planner. Great ability to communicate and present insights to a non-technical audience.
