Position summary: Sealed Air is seeking a Performance Improvement Leader to champion and drive operational excellence across our Holyoke, MA facility and three additional sites. This high-impact role fosters a culture of continuous improvement, aligns site-level initiatives with strategic business goals, and ensures effective implementation of our Performance Management System. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement sustainable solutions, and influence change across all organizational levels. Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving performance, including routine status reviews of the Focused Improvement Registries across the site for effectiveness and impact to goals. Develop and propose goals that support strategic business objectives for the site; ensure these goals are cascaded and that improvement initiatives are in place to achieve them. Ensure the Performance Management System is implemented and sustained through verification at all levels, with an effective audit process across responsibilities. Coach all levels of the site on the Performance Management System, emphasizing lean leadership principles: Go See, Ask Why, Always Show Respect. Provide training for all levels to support and sustain the Performance Management System, including lean tools relevant to the system. Track performance to planned targets and ensure the PCDA cycle addresses gaps. Synchronize the site with global improvement activities and share best practices across sites. Recommend disciplinary action to Managers as appropriate. Assist in policy deployment for the site, including goal setting and execution tracking. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; engineering degree strongly preferred 5+ years of manufacturing experience required Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and Continuous Improvement experience required Strong data analytics skills required Experience working with cross-functional teams required Hands-on, results-driven with strong project identification/execution skills Ability to work independently and within a team, generating results with minimal guidance Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Flexible, innovative, and able to set priorities Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles; experience with high-volume operations Strong organizational and planning skills; Change Agent experience This role operates in a Process Safety Management (PSM) environment. Prior PSM experience is not required; comfortable in compliance-driven settings with strict safety and regulatory standards Travel 25-50% Job Details

$80,500-$120,700 The range complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined by factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs.
