Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met. Qualifications
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Leadership experience in a restaurant or service-oriented environment is preferred. Experience in the food service industry. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Compensation
$12 - $16 per hour
