Project Manager

Principal Delivery Consultant @ Spencer Ogden- Power & Utilities | Talent Acquisition Expert This role reports to the Director of Clean Energy Project Development and will primarily assist the Natural Gas Development Manager, while also providing support to other Development Managers as needed.

The position requires strong ethical leadership and adherence to Consumers Energy’s code of conduct.

Base pay range $55.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Responsibilities

Clearly defining project scope

Creating and continuously updating project schedules

Developing and managing project budgets to avoid overspend

Ensuring the team has the necessary resources and staffing to complete work on schedule and within budget

Identifying and mitigating risks related to cost and schedule

Clarifying roles and expectations for all project team members

Regularly communicating project status to leadership

Maintaining high standards of quality for work performed and materials used
