Responsibilities

As an Outfitter & Inventory Coordinator, you’ll outfit customers with everything they need to achieve their goals, as well as manage inventory tasks within your store.

You’ll work with the Purchasing and Operations Teams to receive inventory, prepare transfers, manage outgoing shipments, and complete other inventory tasks as needed. You will be responsible for ensuring that inventory is stocked in a timely manner and completing cycle counts as needed to ensure accuracy.

When you’re not working on inventory tasks, you’ll create an unmatched customer experience on the sales floor by engaging with customers and making personalized recommendations. You’ll connect them with the best products and tools to meet their needs, while always going above and beyond.

This is a permanent part-time position requiring approximately 24-29 hours of work per week, depending on business needs. You’ll work 3 weekday shifts focused on inventory, and one weekend shift dedicated to outfitting customers.

Able to lift and move inventory as required (boxes can weigh up to 30 lbs)

Compensation $15 - $20 per hour

Additional Requirements Hours of work may vary based on company requirements, but are expected to average 24-29 hours per week. One weekend shift per week required. Position requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break, task sequencing, and using point-of-sale computers. Position requires use of a box cutter, moderate to heavy (10-30+ lb) lifting and carrying, and bending and reaching overhead. Work environment includes substantial communication with customers, working in a retail environment with product displays and stockroom with inventory, and potentially slippery surfaces.
