Business Operations and Execution Manager, Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Innovation
is responsible for optimizing and executing operational processes, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving operational excellence within the AI/Innovation group. Responsibilities Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes for the AI/Innovation group, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with company policies. Maintain, execute, and follow up on operational activities in alignment with global and regional objectives, as set forth by Director, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Ensure consistency in priorities, policies, compliance, processes, structure, and programs across the AI/Innovation group. Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met. Cross-Functional Relationship and Stakeholder Management, Communication & Project Support Partner with internal stakeholders across business operations, HR, IT, and other functional groups to support and execute strategic initiatives. Identify and manage relevant collaboration partners within divisions, functions, and operational units. Lead and assist with managing complex cross-functional initiatives, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and resource allocation. Drive operational efficiencies and process improvements through stakeholder engagement, and positive and productive project management contributions. Act as a liaison between the AI/Innovation group and other departments, ensuring communication around operational priorities, project updates, and process changes. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to achieve operational goals. Model company standards and demonstrate positive, constructive behaviors that drive team cooperation and support organizational change. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of successful, extensive, and proven experience in business operations, project management, or cross-functional relationship management required. Demonstrated experience leading organizational change and driving operational efficiencies preferred. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Strong business execution and project management skills. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead organizational change. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
