Review, structure, and approve deals to ensure alignment with pricing strategy and commercial terms Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to navigate non-standard deal requests Work with Finance and Legal to ensure contract compliance and smooth deal execution Maintain and improve the quote-to-cash process by identifying bottlenecks and recommending enhancements Manage deal submissions in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations role, preferably in SaaS Strong understanding of deal structures, pricing models, and contract management processes Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce required) and CPQ tools (DealHub) Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities with precision Preferred Qualifications
