Mid-Level (Level 3)
Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals. Supports the development and implementation of strategies Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders Develops risk mitigation plan
Senior (Level 4)
Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements Analyses and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities Leads cross-functional process management activities Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high risk programs
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Fulfillment 1+ years of experience leading projects 1+ experience analyzing data and metrics to build presentations and make recommendations 1+ years of experience maintaining and/or developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience with Cognos, Velocity, Order Manager, ERPLN, Tableau Experience applying LEAN principles and/or Standard/Standardized work Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across business units Experience participating in analytics projects and initiatives across multiple functions and business units Experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools Additional Information
