Description To learn to perform major and minor repairs and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and A/C equipment. Perform all types of scheduled and unscheduled routine maintenance work and assist other Facilities staff as needed.

Required Qualifications
Experience working in an acute care hospital environment (may be unrelated position), or 6 months experience in a maintenance related position.
Working experience with a formal work order system.
Working experience with a formal equipment PM system.
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of Hospital experience in maintenance.
