Performance Analyst
Join the Life and Accident & Health Finance team, where you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive and timely financial information to support and enhance strategic business decision-making.
Responsibilities
Actively contribute to the annual budgeting and planning processes.
Support regular forecasting activities.
Perform detailed financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insightful recommendations to drive financial performance.
Work closely with business leaders to shape financial strategies and ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives.
Participate in projects as needed.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in accounting or finance.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in accounting or finance.
Completion of Zurich Finance Development Program, including a Bachelors Degree and at least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with 4 or more years of experience in accounting or finance.
Experience with planning/forecasting models and Power BI or other visualization / scorecard tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Insurance industry experience.
Strong Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation Salary range: $71,100.00 – $116,500.00
Short‑term incentive bonus eligibility: 10%.
