The role you’ll contribute: Responsible for providing project management and clinical analytic support to high priority cost and effectiveness initiatives throughout the system. This position identifies inefficiencies in healthcare delivery services and develops solutions to improve access, quality, and cost of care. This role focuses on process analysis, time and cost studies, process simulation, and productivity improvement in the clinical setting. Other expectations include applying data and analytic tools to extrapolate data, analyze, and report results in a meaningful format to inform and drive performance improvement activities.

Escalates patient safety concerns to appropriate leadership with honesty and integrity.
Acts as an in‑house consultant for data and information needs to guide performance improvement.
Defines project scope to maintain focus and uses measures to ensure interventions are sustained over time.
Communicates regularly with stakeholders about progress toward goal achievement, critical factors, and obstacles.
Utilizes and maintains computer applications and databases, staying abreast of new technologies to optimize data analysis and reporting.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Minimum qualifications :
Associate [Required]
Preferred qualifications :
Bachelor’s [Preferred]
3+ years experience in data analytics/process improvement or healthcare setting [Preferred]
Experience in data collection, analysis, quality assurance, or computer programming [Preferred]
Registered Nurse (RN) [Preferred]
Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact - RN (ENLC-RN) [Preferred]
Change Management Certification (PROSCI) [Preferred]
Six Sigma [Preferred]
