Position Summary The Senior Project Executive will serve as the senior operational leader for multiple concurrent construction projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals in safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.
This individual will act as a trusted advisor to clients, lead project teams through all phases from preconstruction to close-out, and support business development efforts across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive oversight of multiple projects ranging from $50M to $500M+ in value.
Lead and mentor project teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and field staff.
Oversee all aspects of project delivery: preconstruction planning, cost control, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
Maintain and develop long‑term client relationships, ensuring successful delivery and repeat business.
Partner with estimating and preconstruction teams on pursuit strategies and proposal presentations.
Drive project performance in alignment with corporate goals, ensuring consistency in execution and reporting.
Support recruitment, training, and succession planning for future leaders within the division.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 15+ years’ experience with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale commercial, institutional, or healthcare projects.
Proven ability to lead teams across multiple concurrent projects.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Experience with design‑build and CM‑at‑Risk delivery methods.
Professional certifications (PMP, PE, or GC license) preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $200K – $260K (DOE)
Comprehensive executive package including bonus potential, vehicle allowance, 401(k) match, healthcare, and paid time off.
Long‑term growth path toward Regional Operations or Division Executive leadership.
