and lead our geotechnical practice across the nation. This role involves deep foundation design, developing a cohesive geotechnical community in the southeast US, and representing HDR to clients. You will build relationships within HDR to support strategic growth, mentor staff, and promote technical excellence. Primary Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate geotechnical staff in deep foundation design and construction. Engage in project delivery, resource planning, and technical mentorship. Promote the geotechnical practice and develop client relationships. Contribute to HDR’s geotechnical standards and strategic planning. Manage projects, develop marketing strategies, and represent HDR in client interactions. Preferred Qualifications
PE registration in AL, FL, MS, SC, or TN within 6 months. Master’s degree in Engineering (Geotechnical/Geologic) or equivalent experience. 15+ years in geotechnical engineering, with experience in foundation design and analysis software. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 10+ years of relevant experience. Professional registration and experience managing diverse teams. About HDR
