Position Overview: Arcus is seeking a passionate, hands-on Product Manager to champion our UV, DTF, and Dye-Sublimation printer product lines. This role is pivotal in bridging product development, sales, service, and customer experience. As the “mother” of our products, the Product Manager will own the complete lifecycle of the assigned products, from market positioning to service support to future development.
This person will play a critical role in transitioning Arcus from a direct-sales model to a dealer/reseller network model, preparing both dealer sales teams and technical service teams for success.

Sales & Marketing Enablement:
Develop comprehensive sales and marketing documentation, including key sales messaging, USPs (Unique Selling Propositions), competitive differentiation, and voice-of-customer-driven selling points. Support the transition to a dealer/reseller model by creating dealer onboarding materials, product brochures, sales decks, and competitive battlecards. Train dealer and reseller sales teams on product positioning, value propositions, applications, and competitive advantages. Partner with marketing to support the creation of product content for website, campaigns, trade shows, and lead generation activities. Dealer & Technician Training:
Develop technical training materials for dealer and reseller technicians, including installation guides, service manuals, troubleshooting workflows, and maintenance procedures. Create and maintain a knowledge base and certification program for dealer techs. Product Lifecycle Management:
Act as the internal expert on assigned products — deeply understanding engineering, manufacturing, service requirements, and application use cases. Monitor product performance, dealer feedback, service issues, and customer satisfaction to drive product improvements. Partner with engineering to define and prioritize product upgrades, enhancements, and next-generation product development. Voice of the Customer:
Serve as the voice of the customer (VoC) across Arcus, ensuring customer needs and application feedback are embedded into future product design, documentation, and sales strategy. Analyze customer buying behaviors, field feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy. Service Support Leadership:
Work closely with the Arcus Service Team to ensure efficient service processes and quick resolution of field issues. Maintain and update service manuals, quick start guides, and parts lists. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve serviceability, reliability, and parts availability for all products. Qualifications:
3+ years of product management experience, preferably with capital equipment, printers, or industrial technology. Deep knowledge of
UV printing
,
Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing
, or
Dye-Sublimation
technologies is strongly preferred. Experience working with or managing
dealer/reseller channels
highly desired. Ability to translate complex technical information into clear sales and service documentation. Proven track record in
sales training

roles. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset — willing to own the product end-to-end. Ability to travel up to 25% for dealer training, service visits, trade shows, and customer site evaluations.
