As An RBT At Lighthouse, You Can Expect To
Deliver One-on-One ABA Therapy: Work with children ranging from 18 months to school age, providing personalized therapy.
Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Develop and implement customized therapy plans with our skilled team.
Apply Creativity in Therapy: Use advanced techniques in our play-based and naturalistic environment.
Guide Children's Progress: Help children succeed educationally and socially, preparing them for transitions.
Document and Track Development: Meticulously document each child's progress to inform therapy plans.

Requirements
Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
Physical requirements include lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs., being able to sustain impact, running, crouching, squatting, kneeling, bending, and moving quickly between positions. Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred.
Safety is a priority; a background check and drug test are required at hire.
Salary $18.00-$21.00
