Previous professional work experience in secondary education. Position Purpose
The Program Assistant will support the coordination, dissemination and development of processes related to graduate student milestones from application to graduation. The Program Assistant will work closely with a diverse population of future and current graduate students, faculty and the departmental Graduate Coordinator and Graduate Advisor. Job Duties
Organization and/or completion of graduate student milestone documents from application to graduation. Generate documentation for graduate students or faculty to communicate graduate program policies. Communication with future and current graduate students via phone and email. Assist with departmental orientation and recruitment efforts. Generate graduate assistantship electronic forms. Job Open Date
