Established in 2021, Flynn Wendy’s has swiftly become a key player within the Flynn Group, owning and operating over 190 Wendy’s restaurants across the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia. With a diverse and dedicated team of over 6,000 employees, Flynn Wendy’s stands as the 5th largest Wendy’s franchise in the entire Wendy’s system. We are currently hiring for Shift Leaders who are motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and can establish a team that works well together, increases profits, and provides outstanding service. If you have prior restaurant experience, you may qualify.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team to deliver excellent guest service and operational excellence. Take the lead to tackle problems and seek help when appropriate. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
