Position: Mobile Diesel Technician (B) Job Overview The Mobile Technician B is responsible for repairing and maintaining customer vehicles and equipment, including material handling, trailers, and diesel-powered machinery. The role involves working independently with limited supervision, mentoring other technicians, and performing maintenance and repairs at remote customer sites. Personal hand tools are required for this position.
Shift & Pay
Shift:
Monday - Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm (hours may vary based on customer needs)
Starting Pay:
$30+/hr, depending on skillset and experience

Required Skills and Qualifications
Basic welding and cutting torch skills
Basic diagnostic skills
Basic computer knowledge
Professional interaction with customers
Ability to prioritize tasks
Own tools required
Ability to follow instructions
Operate power, hand, diagnostic tools, and material handling equipment
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive class 8 tractors and mobile shop trucks
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, and work outdoors
Experience of 3-5 years in relevant work
D.O.T. Brake Inspection certification
High school diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old
