Mopar is seeking a strategic and driven
Wholesale Manager
to lead wholesale parts operations across our dealer and distributor network. This role is focused on expanding wholesale parts sales, strengthening relationships with large wholesale dealers and distributors, and growing mechanical wholesale business with independent repair facilities (IRFs). The Wholesale Manager will work closely with field teams to develop and execute sales strategies, optimize operational efficiency, and support dealer success.
Key Responsibilities
Wholesale Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to grow wholesale parts sales across dealerships, distributors, and IRFs
Dealer & Distributor Engagement:
Build strong relationships with large wholesale dealers and distributors to support sales growth and operational excellence
IRF Development:
Drive mechanical wholesale business by identifying and engaging independent repair facilities, promoting Mopar parts and programs
Field Collaboration:
Partner with Area Managers and field teams to coordinate dealer visits, share insights, and align on wholesale initiatives
Performance Analysis:
Monitor wholesale sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve results
Process Optimization:
Support dealers in streamlining wholesale operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service
Training & Support:
Provide training and guidance to dealer personnel on wholesale sales techniques, systems, and Mopar programs
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in wholesale operations, automotive parts sales, dealership management.
Strong understanding of wholesale distribution channels and IRF engagement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel regularly to dealer and distributor locations.
Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Mopar parts and wholesale programs.
Familiarity with IRF business models and regional market dynamics.
Knowledge of inventory and logistics systems.
