NEIS, LLC, a pioneer in insurance audits since 1945, is seeking a Premium Auditor to join our growing team. Your primary responsibilities will include examining financial records of insured businesses to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, detecting fraud, and verifying adherence to standards. The role is based from home with daily travel within your designated territory, averaging 2-4 days per week. Job Responsibilities:
Conduct audits for Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Auto policies by reviewing policyholder records and applying company standards. Identify necessary information and prepare for audits efficiently. Coordinate with insured clients via phone, email, and mail to schedule appointments. Examine records, gather data, and determine correct classifications and operational descriptions. Complete audit documentation, explain findings to clients, and communicate results to the home office. Travel to multiple audit locations as required. Work remotely 2-3 days per week, completing hybrid audits. Job Requirements:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent plus two years’ experience in premium audits or a comparable background. Ability to interpret financial documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; Visual Audit knowledge is a plus. Strong communication skills with clients and team members. Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and maintained auto insurance with appropriate coverage. Compensation & Benefits:
