District Business Development Manager
The District Business Development Manager will assist in creating and maintaining new and existing business.
The District Sales Manager is responsible for leading all sales activities within designated regions, focusing on
all Lines of Business . COMPETENCIES/SKILLS High energy, goal-oriented, success-driven leader with a proven track record of achieving budgeted results and developing team members. RESPONSIBILITIES Grow the client base in DFW, Midland, San Antonio, Austin, and surrounding regions. Develop and expand current customer relationships; create Account Growth Plans for key clients. Collaborate with the team to develop new customer relationships and generate revenue streams. Address and resolve customer care issues promptly. Achieve revenue targets and business development metrics. Schedule and prepare for business development calls and meetings with key customers. Regular prospecting and networking. Deliver detailed presentations. Execute Master Services Agreements with new clients. Participate in marketing events like trade shows and seminars. Maintain accurate and current CRM data. Contribute to proposal development. Work on-site with the Operations Team at customer locations as needed. Requirements QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 5 years sales experience. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong knowledge of Environmental and Industrial services industry. Understanding of Waste Management, Transportation Services, Hazardous Waste, Industrial Cleaning, In-Plant Services, and Emergency Response Services. Proven sales success record. Existing industry contacts are a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel approximately 20%. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS Effective conflict resolution skills. Ability to present facts clearly in oral and written forms. Capable of reading, writing, and performing mathematics. Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment, including Respiratory Protection. Work involves both office and physical jobsite environments, including confined spaces when necessary.
