ABI Resources is hiring. We help people with brain injuries and disabilities live safer and more independent lives at home across Connecticut. You do not need a fancy degree. If you are kind, dependable, and ready to serve, you are exactly who we want on our team.

Base pay range $34,000.00/yr - $41,600.00/yr

What you will do

Help people live safely and independently at home

Be a steady support and a positive presence

Assist with daily tasks such as meals, rides, light cleaning, and companionship

Join clients at appointments and community activities

Document services with clarity and accuracy using simple tools

Work in your local area

What you need to bring

Age 18 or older

Your own car, a valid driver license, and proof of insurance

A strong sense of responsibility and a kind heart

Ability to plan, prioritize, and keep excellent records

Clear communication and relationship skills that build trust

Background check and references

Drug screening

No Experience Required. We Provide Training And Mentor Support.

Comprehensive support: Help clients with daily living, safety, and independence

Professional friendship: Build healthy, respectful relationships with strong boundaries

Daily living assistance: Support personal care and household needs with dignity

Health and wellness: Join clients at medical visits, encourage healthy habits, and support social connection

Organization and documentation: Plan the day, follow the care plan, and record visits with accuracy
