Our team is looking for a collaborative, action-oriented Service Titan Administrator ready to join our high-performing and growth-focused team.

About the Role: The Service Titan Administrator is responsible for managing and executing workflows to support operations in Service Titan, our primary business operations software. The key to success is the ability to manage processes and technology to drive productivity, report accurately, and deliver results. This individual will directly handle Service Titan workflows to include transaction management, install operations, financial processes, and payroll support.

Job Duties: Observe, evaluate, and enhance Service Titan processes and procedures; develop plans for continuous improvement. Establish strong cross-functional communication and collaboration across all departments to include service, install, operations, warehouse, and customer service. Support payroll, daily transaction processing, batching, and posting, and install workflows, ensuring the overall accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all within Service Titan. Track, record, and resolve all accounts receivable accurately and in a timely manner, while utilizing automation of accounts payable in Bill.com. Ensure adherence to payment processing requirements for install job scheduling, continuation, and close out. Review and adjust bi-weekly payroll to ensure accuracy. Implement Nexstar Network and Service Titan best practices and ensure processes are enforced to track performance metrics and obtain objectives. Requirements

Detail-focused, self-starter that gets things done. Strong written and verbal communication skills, math skills, relationship skills, and customer service skills. Technologically savvy, learns and implements new software and systems quickly, with advanced proficiency in systems such as Service Titan, Excel, QuickBooks, and Paylocity. Ability to distill important numbers and convey a strategic view of performance. Able to work out of our Orange County office daily.

Preferred Experience using Service Titan or similar home services support software. Experience managing payroll with performance-based pay and job costing. Experience managing and optimizing workflows. 2-3 years within a Plumbing/Home Services company. Bachelor's Degree, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

Desired Experience supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
