This role leads and coaches the framing team to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions, drives custom framing sales, and ensures adherence to SOPs and company programs. The position includes staffing, coaching, performance management, and collaboration with Store Managers and Managers on Duty. Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results Develop and coach the team selling behaviors Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time by planning workload in partnership with the Store Manager Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to achieve their role KPIs Review sales and production workload and build plans and sales floor time for networking Manage and execute the inventory management processes as assigned Manage and execute shrink and safety programs Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing and training of new team members; support talent development activities; participate in performance management of your team; utilize leadership competencies for self-development Partner with MODs daily on the expectations of framing and other framers Interact respectfully with others; promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values; project a positive image and serve as a role model Participate in truck unload and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget Follow SOPs and Company programs and ensure a safe environment Acknowledge customers, help locate product and provide solutions Assist with Omni-channel processes Other Duties As Assigned

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum: Basic computer skills Preferred: Previous custom framing experience is preferred Preferred: Retail management experience Preferred: Experience leading a sales team Physical Requirements

Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching Ability to move throughout the store Ability to remain standing for long periods of time Lifting heavy boxes and frames and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment If accommodations are needed, contact supervisor to engage in the interactive process Work Environment
